Bunches of Bows began 18 years ago at my dining room table with a spool of ribbon, scissors, some fray check and a small budget.  I couldn’t find bows in all the colors and styles that I wanted for my daughter so I began making them myself. 

Every year Bunches of Bows has grown a little bit more.  First a few craft shows, then home parties, finally a few times a year we held our annual seasonal open houses.  It became a must to get there first before we sold out of the must have color or bow for that season.   

As the business changed so did my family.  I started in 1993, and in September of 1999 my first husband Jim passed away leaving me with my 10 old daughter Madeline and 9 year old son Jake.  I would go on to marry my now husband David in 2001 gaining a 19 year old daughter Elizabeth and finally completing our family with another son Evan born in 2002. Our four children now range in age from 30 to 9.  We have gained a son-in-law Chris and one beautiful granddaughter Teva.   

A remodel of our home finally pushed me from the basement to an actual store front in March of 2010.  Just as we blew off the back of our home to expand, we did the same with Bunches of Bows.  We are no longer just bows.  We are a little bit of all your favorite things.  We are every gift you will ever need for every one including a treat for yourself.  Virtually everything can be monogrammed or personalized in some way.  We stand behind each and every item we sell.  We aren’t thrilled until you’re thrilled.
